Check In/Out

Check-in is at 14 hrs. and check-out is at 12 hrs. Early arrival and late departure are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

Policies may differ during blackout periods or promotional sale offers — please confirm at the time of booking.

• Cancellation received 24 hours prior to check-in: No charge.
• Cancellation received within 0–24 hours of check-in: 100% charge of one night’s tariff applies.

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after an email request is sent to the concerned hotel and info@ihms.com.pk with the reservation number. For payments made online, please also share a scanned copy of the receipt with the hotel and info@ihms.com.pk along with the reservation number.

A discretionary 7% service charge applies to rooms and other services. This charge may be waived in case of service dissatisfaction.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the first night’s charge will be applicable.

As part of our security procedures, guests are required to present a government-approved photo ID with address at check-in, for themselves and any companions.

• Foreign nationals: Passport and valid Visa.
• Pakistani nationals: CNIC, Passport, or Driving License (must bear the holder’s photograph and address).
